- Complete site management including but not limited to disconnection of services, and traffic management planning and controlling of the area.
- Demolition of two residential dwellings and the former Lidcombe RSL
- Removal of asbestos throughout
- Complete site clearing as required and turfing as per the specifications of Auburn City Council
